Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be
charged the prorated difference. If you downgrade, your new rate
kicks in at the next billing cycle.
What does the 14-day Pro trial include?
Full access to every Pro feature — both integrations, revenue
forecasting, win-back campaigns, AI marketing copy, and more. No
credit card required to start.
Is my store data safe?
Absolutely. Aervo uses read-only connections, meaning we can never
modify your store data. All data is encrypted in transit and at
rest.
Do I need both Shopify and Square for Pro?
No — Pro supports both integrations but you're not required to use
both. Many Pro merchants use just one platform and upgrade for the
advanced AI features and longer data history.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You'll retain access until the end of your billing period. After
that, your account is downgraded to Starter. We never delete your
historical data — you can reactivate anytime.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once per year at the discounted rate —
equivalent to getting 2 months free. You can cancel before your
renewal date for a prorated refund.
